Observation: Some mouse droppings were noted on the floor below the prep counter across from the walk-in cooler (only noted in one corner) and below the shelf holding cleaned utensils across from the laundry machine.
Corrective Action(s): External pest control company comes in once a month. Inspection is due around next week. Sweep, clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas and continue to work with your pest control company to mitigate and eliminate pest issue.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored protected, off the floor and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Food contact items were sanitary and in good condition.
QUAT sanitizer spray bottles prepared and available in food prep area. Both spray bottles and wall mounted dispenser were noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
Drain plug was available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Overall sanitation and organization acceptable.
Manager (onsite at the time of inspection) has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate (expires July 8, 2027).
