Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (None of the paper towels are inside the dispensers in the washroom or at the main handsink in the front service area. The ones that are in the dispensers keep tearing off. This is not acceptable.)

On Follow-Up:
-Dishwasher has been fixed. Rinse temperature after 1st try was 71 degC at plate level.
-There are doors on the sushi bar. Temperature is -3 degC
-Vegetables are being stored above raw meats.
