**General sanitation is good , continue with more frequent and deep cleaning to maintain the satisfactory level of sanitation and eradication of rodent..
** Discussed reducing volume of foods prepared daily (due to lack of space)
** install splash guard both side of food prep sink an hand sink


Reenovation is delayed: discussed the following:

-Prior to any changes submit a copy of floor plan for health approval and consider proper lay out along with adequate equipment

1. facility lacks proper set up for manual dishwashing- currently only 2 compartment sink is available- minimum of 3 compartment sink is required or 2 compartment with a commercial dishwasher-
2. Due to the amount of food handling- at least a 2 food perp sink ( currently one food prep sink) is required
3. Adequate work/food prep station
4- Splash guard is required for both side of food prep sink and hand sink
