Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * One of the cooking staff had a hand brace and was not able to wash hands properly so they need to wear gloves; the staff then put on gloves to continue handling food
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure staff wash hands before/after handling food and wear disposable gloves and change them frequently through out day

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Condiments scoops were being stored improperly on top of lids of condiment containers; operator corrected this immediately
