Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Hot and cold running water is available - Freezer temperatures are at -18C - Walk-in cooler and front display cooler are at 4C - Temperature logs maintained - Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50-100ppm Chlorine - Sanitizer in bucket and spray bottles achieve 100ppm Chlorine. Ensure to change bucket when solution becomes cloudy - Dry storage is good - No signs of pest activity
