- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Coolers (walk-in, undercounter, servery) are ≤ 4°C - Freezers (stand-up, chest) are ≤ -18°C - High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C at the plate level. - Bleach is available. Prepare 100 ppm bleach sanitizer by mixing 1/2 bleach per 1L water.
