-->Fire department has given the approval on egg griller.
-->The particular egg griller can be used without commercial ventilation.
-->One new milk/creamer machine has just arrived and will be replacing the machine on the right - ensure temperature is under 4oC before use.

Note:
There is only one prep table in the facility - it is used to prepare vegetables and for donut finishing. Separate tasks and do not use table for different tasks at the same time. If there is any violation regarding food contamination due to the lack of prep space, pre-sliced vegetables should be considered.
