- Food in large pots are cooled using ice baths - Good
- Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50-100ppm Chlorine
- Ensure Ice machine is cleaned and sanitized regularly
- Bleach sanitizer solution in bucket with cloth measured at 100ppm
- Pest company contracted biweekly
