Note:
The dishwasher in kitchen, appears to be a high temperature dishwasher. However, operator manually adds bleach and soap in every time prior to cycle. Operator mentioned this has been the same practice since he could remember. A commercial dishwasher should be able to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishware automatically, without human involvement. Please contact a technician to check and confirm whether or not dishwasher is functioning properly. Please have this check and send in report by December 08, 2017.
