- General sanitation is very good - 100ppm chlorine sanitizer present - Temperatures of refrigeration units were adequate except the prep cooler which was kept open at the time of inspection as the staff was preparing food. Monitor the temperature and adjust it to or below 4C. The prep cooler door shall be kept closed when it is not busy - Utensils and equipment are kept in a sanitary manner - Handsinks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Staff demonstrates good hand hygiene - No signs of pest activities
