Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsink.
Manager is certified in The National Food Safety Training Program (EXP date: 2019-12-12) -an equivalent course of FOODSAFE.

Under-the-counter coolers and the upright cooler in the back room were 40 degrees F (4 degrees C) or colder.
The upright cooler in the back room was 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C) or colder.
The front display cooler was above 4 degrees C however the food items in it are for display purposes only and are discarded at the end of the day according to the operator.
Temperature records were being maintained.
Refrigeration units were equipped with accurate thermometers.

Dishwasher final rinse was 78.1 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) internally at the plate.
200 ppm Quaternary ammonium compounds (QUATS) sanitizer was available in the buckets with wiping cloths.
Food contact surfaces were maintained in a sanitary condition.
The ice machine was in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
No signs of pest activity was observed during the inspection.
A pest control program was in place.
