Observation: Quinoa scoops and other utensils were being stored in water. One of the scoops had a broken handle.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that utensils are stored in ice with a little bit of water. Once the ice melts, refresh the ice water solution. If utensils are worn out or broken, replace them.

-Hand sinks and washroom sinks are fully equipped. MOUNT THE SOAP DISPENSER AT THE BACK HANDSINK.
-200ppm Quats is available for sanitizing in buckets at all the work stations
-Temperature log is being maintained. ENSURE TEMPERATURES ARE BEING RECORDED IN CELSIUS OR FAHRENHEIT. IF DOING BOTH, YOU NEED TO INDICATE WHICH IT IS.
-Chicken is stored in the cooler and reheated in the steamer on order
-At least one staff on-site has FS Level 1 certification.
