This inspection done by EHO student. -All previous violations have been corrected from the last routine. -reusable wet wiping cloths in sanitizer bucket @ 200 ppm -all handsinks are unobstructed & fully stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towels -all raw meats/seafoods stored below ready to eat foods -New tray purchased to replace previous black tray -cookline light bulbs are fully functioning and repaired -ice wand removed from premises, not in use
