Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Reviewed Manual Dishwash method with workers -they are not sanitizing the dishware. Only wash and rinsing is occurring despite the posted manual wash sign at the 3-compartment sink
Corrective Action(s): ALL new workers must be properly trained how to manual wash properly:

Wash + soap --> rinse thoroughly --> sanitize with bleach at >100ppm chlorine residual

NOTE: do not use lemon scented bleach only use regular household bleach
