Handwashing facilities maintained. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Professional pest control service in place. No signs of pest activity. Sanitizer spray bottle 100 ppm chlorine. Walk-in Cooler 2 C Upright freezer -6 C, beverage cooler -1 C, pizza prep cooler 3 C Dough mixer, knives, and meat slicer maintained in a sanitary condition. Room temperature display of pizza slices monitored for 2 hour maximum shelf life through computer system. Note: Discussed with manager, customer complaint regarding flies observed on displayed pizza slices July 19. No fly activity observed at time of inspection. Front doors are opened to address heat from pizza oven. Should pest activity become an issue, pest control service is deploy insect traps in front service area.
