- Bag of sugar stored directly on the ground.
Corrective Action(s): - Store opened bags of dry ingredients in tight-lid rodent proof containers constructed of food grade materials to protect dry ingredients from contamination.
- Store all food at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground to protect from contamination.
