Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CWXRPY: 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use. As the quats gravity flow dispenser is not in good working order all dishes, utensils, etc. are to be washed, rinsed, then sanitized in 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes. Staff onsite FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent training is pending. As discussed in the previous inspection the 2 door freezer "Inv8580" ambient air temperature ~ -10 to -12 degrees C. Service and ensure -18 degrees C or less. 2 door cooler not in use at this time.
