Comments

Dishwasher still working, dispensing 100ppm chlorine at plate. Technician serviced unit and changed the bucket to smaller jugs so that the operator is not manually adding the sanitizer since the chlorine evaporates. Blender has been cleaned but suggested operator to soak the area and reclean to fully remove the grease. Door seals have been replaced and pizza toppings cover have been ordered. This should be installed by next routine. Proper food storage in the walk-in cooler. No damp towel used to cover food. No food being thawed at room temperature, no food being left on stove unlit or on counter unused at time of inspection. Floor cleaning completed, droppings removed. Pest control reports e-mailed and reviewed. Conducted walk-through to verify that ceiling holes have been sealed. Please continue to clean the flooring and increase sanitation to prevent pest harbourage and monitor for pest activity. ---> Forward pest control service reports to me by e-mail for review for the next three months. Fruit flies reduced in the bar area, owner added domestic fly trap. No further suggestions provided by pest control company. Please maintain sanitation in the bar area, including flooring, counter and drip trays. *Alcohol warning sign provided, please adhere to female washroom.
