Annual inspection for Erickson House kitchen facilities. *Ensure to check that all cleaners and sanitizers in spray bottles are accurately labelled. * Use only 1 teaspoon bleach per litre of water to make 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer * Recommended cleaning/servicing and recertification of the kitchen fume hood. Upright cooler < 4 C Dishwasher final rinse: 78 C at the plate surface. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. General sanitation is satisfactory. Caretaker has FOODSAFE training. Approved to open.
