Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Shredded cheese, tomato sauce, olives, mushrooms, green pepper, and pineapple measured between 8.3C-10C internal temperature in the pizza prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned items. Do not store potentially hazardous food in the pizza prep cooler until the unit is able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4C or lower.
