Walk in, bar, and both line coolers are at 4 C or colder - good. Thermometers are available.
Upright Habco cooler - air temperature is above 4 C but food temperature is at 5 C - see above.
No hot holding noted during inspection.
No raw oysters on menu. Reviewed menu.
Produce is either washed on-site and spun dry or pre-washed and ready to eat. Produce storage - good.
Foods are defrosted in the cooler. Food storage and organization is good. Raw meats are stored separately and below other food.
Kitchen Manager/Chef has a valid Food Safe certificate - good until 2023.
Hand washing sinks (kitchen, server area, and bar) have liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Premises is being kept clean.
Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was measured at 200ppm - good.
Commercial dishwasher is being kept clean and final sanitizing rinse was >71 C measured inside of the machine (>82 C on the gauge) - good.
