Observation: Potentially hazardous food stored in the display cooler for an unknown length of time must be discarded. Operator mentioned products cannot be discarded at this moment due to the 7 HUB system being down. Products must be scanned through and "write off" before they can be discarded. Hold tags deployed.
Correction: Discard food in the crates marked by hold tags in view of district environmental health officer. 14 yellow crates of product have been identified. Date to be corrected: May 27, 2019.
