Routine Inspection - Hand washing sinks are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. - Upright fridges are at or below 4C. Upright freezers are at -18C or colder. Under the counter coolers are at 4C or colder. Temperature monitoring is via an electronic display for all cooling units. - Food stored above the floor in dry storage. Ice machine is clean and ice scoop stored outside. - General sanitation is satisfactory. Floor is clean. QUAT sanitizer measured at 200ppm and wiping clothes are being stored in the solution. Ensure to refresh the sanitizer solution as the water gets cloudy. - Three-compartment dishware washing maintained. High-temp Dish washer registered at 72C at the dish surface. - First-in First-out is to be followed for Milk and other perishables. - No obvious sign of pest at this date.
