Follow up inspection: -Both shelving units near the ware-washing sink were maintained in a clean condition. -Cleaning improvements were made to the ventilation hood. -Operator stated he replaced the previous prep. cooler with a new prep. cooler. -New prep. cooler was a commercial type, of similar capacity, and it was maintained at or below 4 degrees C. Signature on this report is not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
