Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Facility is very well maintained. - Temperature of stand up coolers recorded at 4C. - Freezer recorded at -20C. - Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm bleach solution recorded in well labelled spray bottle. - High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 72.8C on dish level during rinse cycle. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink & 2 comp prep sink maintained in good sanitary condition. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate. - Permit posted at the front. - No signs of pest activity observed.
