Follow up inspection to report #253031 Left standing cooler has been repaired - noted at 4 deg.C --> 3 thermometers noted in unit --> Operator checked daily over weekend to verify unit now functioning properly Front hot hold display Kept above 60 deg.C during operation --> operator will continue to monitor temp while food is in unit Handsinks supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Paper towel dispensers functional with new batteries installed.
