Routine health inspection. Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.* No hot holding at time of inspection. Food is protected from potential contamination. Reviewed practices for cooking and cooling with staff on site. A probe thermometer is available for internal food temperature checks. Thermometers available for cold holding units. All sinks supplied with hot and cold running water. In addition, hand sinks are supplied with liquid soap and paper towels, and are accessible for hand washing. Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. High temperature dishwasher measured greater than 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse. Stored equipment and utensils in sanitary condition. No signs of pest activity were observed at the time of inspection. *Note: One freezer in retail area at -12 degrees C at time of inspection.
