Routine inspection conducted at this date - Hand washing station maintained. - 200-400 ppm QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottles and from dispenser. 3- comp sink maintained and implements observed stored in sanitary condition. - Line cooler measured at or below 4C. Ensure to keep lids closed so that food in inserts stay cold. Food scoops are to be washed and sanitized frequently. - Walk in cooler measured at or below 4C. Food noted organized and well kept on shelve above floor in the cooler. No sign of mold and build ups noted at this date. Temperature monitoring log maintained up to date. - Upright freezer measured at or below -18C. - Staff had Food Safe certificate - General sanitation is excellent.
