Routine inspection: General: Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Laundry services done onsite separate from personal items. Flooring and lighting adequate. Laser hair removal: Nd:Yag laser use warning sign posted on door. No reflective surfaces in treatment room. Isopropyl alcohol used to disinfect laser hand piece and client goggles. Client goggles lined with single use cotton. Laser machine equipped with emergency on/off button. Threading and Waxing: All threads, wax strips/sticks single use. Treatment bed sheet changed after each use. Facials: No semi critical facial implements used.
