Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-CE9SZR. - Coolers with drawers noted on previous report were measured at 4 degrees C or less. Note: Ensure accurate thermometers are available for units. Built-in thermometers (with digital display) may potentially lose accuracy over time. - Cooling potentially hazardous (i.e. perishable) food items observed within walk-in cooler. Internal temperature measured approx. 7 to 8 degrees C. Ensure internal temperature reaches 4 degrees C or less within a maximum 6 hour timeframe (from 60 degree C start point). A probe thermometer is available for internal food temperature checks. - Ceiling has been cleaned since last inspection. Refer to previous report dated May 9, 2022 for remaining areas to be cleaned. Reminder to maintain temperature logs.
