-Follow-up inspection to July 5, 2017. -Shelving racks in the walk-in cooler have been replaced. Operator states shelving units are cleaned twice a month. Facility may need to increase cleaning frequency to prevent potential pest attraction. A few hard to reach areas in the walk-in cooler still need attention (wall/floor joints). -Yogurt was stored in the original container at the time of inspection. -Staff observed practicing proper handwashing at the time of inspection. Ensure staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
