Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
Internal temperature for hot foods were at least 60C.
All cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Walk-in freezer at -16C.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No pest noted.
3 compartment sink was setup. Quats concentration was at 200ppm.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
Temperature logs maintained
Hand washing stations satisfactory.

Operator needs to complete a new Application for Health Approval for name change and a new health permit will need to be issued. Complete the attached application form and submit a copy to the Surrey Health Protection office.
