Correct chlorine (bleach) sanitizer has been purchased (2 bottles). Regular, unscented product.
Rodent droppings have been cleaned up in both dry storage rooms. Good

Remaining:
- Lids are required for all bins and food containers. This includes gulab jamun bins in the walk in cooler
- gap in screen door to be repaired (repair broken tile, and/or fit screen with a door sweep)
- display cooler is struggling to recover when doors are opened. Please service/repair this machine
- temperature logs must begin use immediately. Have on site and available for review at all times
- ensure scoops are not stored in product bins. Make sure they have handles for use to keep contamination to a minimum
