Dry storage room is well organized and no recent signs of pest noted. Remove old droppings at the corner of the room behind the shelf and monitor(with the white pails). Pest control service is provided. Back door is kept closed today. Sanitizer is detected in both dishwasher and glass washer. Staff with expired Foodsafe should renew their certification. Post or keep copies of certificate in the office. Signs provided (handwashing, generic food safety plan, dishwashing). Please post.
