401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap wall-mount dispenser for the kitchen handwash station was out of soap. Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled the wall-mount dispenser at time of inspection but was still unable to dispense soap. In the meantime, a liquid soap pump dispenser is placed at this handsink to allow for adequate hand washing. Ensure all handwash stations are maintained and fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towel for proper hand hygiene. Violation Score: 5

- All handwash stations were equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at the end of inspection - All refrigeration units were <4C - All freezer units were <-18C - High-temperature dishwasher was 71.4C at plate surface level - Hot held food (ie soup) was >60C - Sanitizer in spray bottle detected at 100-200ppm chlorine residual (ie bleach water sanitizer solution) - Surfaces are clean and maintained - Stored food items were protected from contamination and off the floor - Premise is adequately lit - No obvious signs of pests during time of inspection. Pest control in place.
