- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available in several spray bottles at above 200 ppm
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 72.6C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good.
- All hot foods were held at 60C or hotter
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory
- Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers
- Temperature records well maintained
- Food storage practices good - all food stored off the floor and properly covered
- No signs of pest activity noted
- General sanitation was good
