Pizza preparation cooler serviced. Lower section ambient air temperature at 2-4 degrees C. Inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Correction ORDER rescinded.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use.
Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at or below -18 degrees C.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
No pizza in hot holding case at time of inspection. Ensure whiteboard is used to track time pizza is placed in the hot holding case. This is as per your food safety plan.
Foodsafe requirements met at time of inspection.
