Prior to issuance of Permit to Operate the following items require correction:
dishwasher is to be serviced to provide 50 ppm chlorine during sanitizing cycle.
wood work table on kitchen cooking line to be replaced with new table in good condition, easily cleanable.
replace rice warmer - surface is peeling surface coating
install missing light fixture panels
replace porous ceiling panels with smooth, washable ceiling panels
kitchen handsink - cold water faucet to be restored.
cabinet shelf below front bar handsink to be restored.
prepared food items left remaining from previous business are to be discarded.
cleaning to be conducted throughout premise;
