Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Low temperature dishwasher dispensed less than 50 ppm bleach sanitizer on the plate level.
2. Sanitizing bucket measured with 0 ppm bleach sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Staff prepared 100 ppm bleach sanitizer in the bucket. Low temperature dishwasher was serviced and able to dispense 100 ppm bleach sanitizer. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces and re-wash plates and utensils in the dishwasher again.

Observation: Rodent droppings noted in the cabinet under the hand washing station and at the corner close to the dishwashing area. Professional pest control contracted.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the aforementioned droppings. Continue monitor for any pest activities. Follow the recommendations from professional pest control. Corrected by: today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher dispensed less than 50 ppm bleach sanitizer on the plate level. 50-200 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the low temperature dishwasher to ensure 50-200 ppm bleach sanitizer can be dispensed. Low temperature dishwasher serviced and working properly.
