Discussed dishwasher with owner/operator. Technician was in yesterday and will return today. Owner/operator advises if the dishwasher is not fixed today, a new dishwasher will be purchased. Owner/operator to contact me later today. Third compartment sanitize method is currently in use, however, this is a short term solution only and a requirement to use only single service dishware, utensils and cups will be implemented if dishwasher not repaired today.
