Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in front area measured at approximately 50 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer in red bucket and two trays was changed and re-tested at 200 ppm quats. Ensure that sanitizer is always avaialble at the correct concentration required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces.
