Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer not prepared at the time of inspection to sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine sanitzer to measure between 100-200ppm. Ensure chlorine sanitizer bucket prepared prior to commencing operation. Chlorine sanitizer must be prepared and readily available during operation so that food contact surfaces can be sanitized throughout the day not only end of the day.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

2-compartment sink available and being shared as a handwashing sink. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71C final rinse temperature. At the time of inspection was off.
Stand-up cooler measured at 2.8C. Domestic cooler/freezer measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Chest freezer measured at -18C.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: FOODSAFE Level 1 operator certificate to be expiring on July 25, 2023. Ensure to re-take FOODSAFE Level 1 course prior to expiring. At least one staff at all times in the facility at all times must have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
