Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice stored in rice cooker was measured at 54C. Staff informed that they noticed the plug was loose and has since plugged it back half hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Please remember to keep cooked rice at 60C or hotter.
