Routine Inspection -Handwashing sink in treatment room and washroom equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold running water and single use towels. **Treatment room sink - mount paper towel on wall or place in table-top dispenser**. -Clippercial and barbicide available. -Isopropyl alcohol available. -Back flow prevention device at hair washing sink. -Neck strips single use. -Paper to line treatment bed single use. -Facility kept in a clean condition. -Operator would like to add waxing and hair coloring services - approval granted. Please update infection control plan. -Discussed single use applicator sticks and strips. Ensure applicator sticks are only dipped into the wax pot once and then discarded after use. -Ensure waxing is provided in treatment room with hand sink. -Approval for additional services can be requested by submitting an updated infection control plan.
