Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in both buckets up front are measured at 50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Staff changed sanitizer immeidately and it was measured to be 200ppm. Ensure there is adequate Quats sanitizer for use at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handsink (by hot chocolate machine) has no paper towels; the one by iced capp machine has broken soap dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towels refilled immediately, soap dispenser is blocked and a pump style one is to be ordered. Ensure handsinks are fully stocked with soap and paper towels at all times.
