Coolers are at 4 C or colder. Hand washing stations (ice cream side and kitchen) have liquid soap and paper towels. Liquid pasteurized eggs used or eggs are cooked. Only food handlers permitted in the kitchen/ice cream service areas. Chlorine sanitizer (100ppm chlorine) is in spray bottle for sanitizing work and food contact surfaces. Commercial dishwasher has a final sanitizing rinse of 71C measured inside of the machine. - good. No planned renovations at this time.
