Clean up from Diwali - good All excess product has been sold/ removed from areas not normally used for food storage **Some products found in the back kitchen/ storage room require lids. Numerous white bins on rolls racks with cooled, dry product. Temperature logs reviewed at time of inspection - well maintained Pest control report from 23 Aug notes low activity outdoors, no noted activity indoors. Please keep up regular checks by a pest control company. Recommended monthly due to past incidences of activity. **Ensure staff are shutting the display cooler door while not in use. Temperature of product highly variable.
