Observation: Food debris observed under the metal shelving rack where bags of rice and onions were stored near receiving doors at back.
Corrective Action(s): Remove food debris and clean and sanitize the areas noted with at least 100ppm bleach.

Observation: Almonds were stored in paper boxing (a hole cut at top) and were available in bulk with a scoop provided for customers to self-serve.
Corrective Action(s): Removed almonds into food grade containers with a smooth, non-absorbent, non-toxic, easily cleanable surface.
Correction date: 2 days.

Comments

General Comments:
-General sanitation satisfactory (except for areas noted)
-Pest control services in place weekly. Service reports provided from April 11th and 18th, 2019 provided. Reports indicated no rodent activity for interior but activity noted for exterior.
-Coolers/freezers:
Glass display WI cooler 4C
Freezer -14C
Nestle Freezer -28C
Yummy Kulfi Freezer -25C
-No food preparation observed on-site.
-Requirements from previous reports completed: light installed above the sink at back, floor areas were cleaned end of day as per operator (special attention to the areas under where the rice bags were stored), lids to bulk foods were repaired, bleach available on-site (discussed with operator to mix 100pm bleach solution: half tsp bleach for every litre of water) to wash and sanitize scoops and bulk bins at 2 compartment sink by end of day and store in clean area, rather than leaving them at the bulk bins, areas around bulk bins appeared cleaned.
-Handwashing stations had hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
