Comments

- All handsinks in sandwich prep area, dishwashing area and in bakery are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers- sandwich prep cooler, milk cooler, drinks cooler, pastry display cooler and walk-in cooler are all measured at temperatures at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer is measured at -17C
- No hot holding observed at the time of inspection
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 80C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution is available in a bucket and is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual. NOTE: Provide a sanitizer spray bottle in sandwich prep area
- No evidence of pest activity is observed at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
