Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): AGAIN observed no sanitizer readily available to clean food contact surfaces for whole restaurant despite there being a QUAT sanitizer dispenser at the 3-compartment sink

This was also observed in a previous routine inspection on June 29, 2017
Corrective Action(s): Correction Order issued -increased enforcement such as ticketing will be required for future infractions

Worker is to sanitize ALL food contact surfaces of the restaurant immediately: preparation tables, cutting boards, dining tables

Have your reused clean wiping towels stored in a sanitizer bucket when not actively used at a QUAT concentration of >200ppm -at least one bucket for the front area and one in the back

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both washrooms have no single service drying method available -automatic paper towel dispensers are not working and are empty
